Herschel D. ‘Danny’ Boller, Jr., age 59 passed away all too soon on Monday, June 19, 2023 at IU Health – Methodist in Indianapolis. He was a resident of Indianapolis.
Danny was born August 18, 1963 in Indianapolis to his parents, Herschel D. and Patricia (Compton) Boller Sr. He was employed as a delivery driver for A Classic Party Rentals in Zionsville for the past 8 years. Prior to that, he was employed by Ray Skillman in Greenwood as an Installer for over 15 years.
Danny enjoyed riding his motorcycle, tending to his flower & vegetable gardens and hanging out with his friends in his garage. He will be remembered for his delicious homemade apple & pumpkin pies, as well as, his fried chicken. Danny was a big fan of country and rock’n’roll music, with Cody Jinks & Lynyrd Skynyrd being a few of his favorite artists. He also loved spending time with his family and especially loved being a grandpa to his five grandchildren.
Danny is survived by his mother, Patricia Boller of Mooresville; children, Brandi Boller of Louisville, Eric Michael Boller of Greenwood, Herschel ‘Daniel’ Boller III of Greenwood & Amanda Boller of Indianapolis; companion, Twila Smith of Indianapolis; siblings, Alan (Pat) Boller of Louisiana, Timothy Boller of Indianapolis, Katherine (Bill) Beckwith of Fishers, Debara (Walter) DeBaun of Mooresville, Donna (Rob) Graves of Lebanon, Denese (Ron) Tribble of West Terre Haute, Daymond Boller of Mooresville, Darla (Jeff) Pruitt of Acton; grandchildren, Kane, Eden, Sonny & Shealyn.
He was preceded in death by his father, Herschel D. Boller, Sr.; infant brother, Brian Boller; son, Eric Daniel Boller; and a grandson, Desmond.
Pastor Cody Stewart will conduct a funeral service at noon on Saturday at Meredith-Clark Funeral Home Cremation & Personalization Center, 179 E. Mulberry Street in Morgantown. Friends may call from 10 a.m. until service time on Saturday at the funeral home. Burial will be at East Hill Cemetery in Morgantown.
