Emerey Shane Brock, age 22 passed away all too soon on July 7, 2023 at his home in Columbus.
Emerey was born November 11, 2000 in Franklin. He was a 2019 graduate of Brown County High School and was currently working as a machine operator for Drug Plastics Closures in Edinburgh.
Emerey will be remembered for being a car fanatic and for his love of all kinds of music. He enjoyed watching movies, playing video games, shooting guns and collecting Air Jordan Nike memorabilia. Most of all, Emerey loved spending time with his family and friends.
Emerey is survived by his mother, Brenda (Scott) Brock-Cox of Morgantown; father, Jeremy Brock of Indianapolis; siblings, Bremey Brock-Cox & Jersey Brock-Cox both of Morgantown, Evalee Brock, Emma Brock & Ezzie Brock all of Indianapolis; paternal grandparents, Bruce and Bobbi Brock of Brown County; close friend, Ashley Anderson of Franklin; and several aunts & uncles.
He was preceded in death by his grandmother, June Cook; and his great grandmother, Mary Brock.
A Celebration of Emerey’s Life will be held on Friday at 7 p.m. at Meredith-Clark Funeral Home Cremation & Personalization Center, 179 E. Mulberry Street in Morgantown. Friends may call from 5 p.m. until service time on Friday at the funeral home.
Memorial contributions may be made in memory of Emerey to Wheeler Mission Ministries, 205 East New York Street, Indianapolis, IN 46204.
