Dianna ‘Lynn’ (Conner) Eldridge, age 67 passed away suddenly on Tuesday evening, November 8, 2022. She was a resident of Monroe, TN and a former resident of Trafalgar, IN.
Lynn was born March 9, 1955 in Albany, Kentucky. She was a 1973 graduate of Indian Creek High School and went on to retire in 1987 from Johnson County Hospital, where she worked as a Unit Secretary for over 22 years.
Lynn was a former Johnson County 4-H Leader and a Trafalgar Girl Scout Troop Leader. She enjoyed the outdoors by raising goats, fishing, arrowhead & mushroom hunting. Lynn also enjoyed tending to her vegetable and flower gardens. She was a fan of the Tennessee Titans and enjoyed singing karaoke.
Lynn was preceded in death on May 21, 1999 by her loving husband, David L. Eldridge, whom she married on July 26, 1982. She was also preceded in death by her father, Leonard Conner; and step-father, Samuel Witt.
Lynn is survived by her mother, Bonza (Byrd) Witt of Albany, KY; children, Gail Eldridge of Indianapolis, Becky Rodgers and Lee (Lenay) Rodgers both of Trafalgar, Charles Eldridge of Tennessee and Jacob Eldridge of Franklin; significant other, Ricky Burton of Monroe, TN and his sons, Rodney and Derrick Burton; siblings, Becky Witt-Hargrove of Martinsville, Joni McClanahan of Franklin, Sheila Conner of Morgantown and Bill Witt of Morgantown; 15 grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
The Rev. Harvey Taylor will conduct a funeral service at 11 a.m. on Tuesday at Meredith - Clark Funeral Home Cremation & Personalization Center,179 E. Mulberry Street in Morgantown. Visitation will be held on Monday from 4 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home and 10 a.m. until service time on Tuesday. Burial will be at East Hill Cemetery in Morgantown.
