She is survived by her sons, Jeff (Donna) Houseworth of Trafalgar and Robert “Bob” (Shelly) Houseworth of Martinsville; grandchildren, Robbie Houseworth of Poland, Kristen Cramer of Indianapolis, and Megan (Travis) Smith of Mooresville; and great-grandchildren, Xavier and Phoenix Houseworth, both of Poland.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 64 years, Robert E. Houseworth, whom she married on April 29, 1951, in Louisville, Kentucky. She was also preceded in death by her daughter, Kimberly Houseworth, and siblings, Norma Oaks and Marshall Smith.
